We assume your shrimp will arrive happy and alive, but if not, you MUST notify us via email within 2 hours of USPS stated delivery time (tracking provides this information) AND provide pictures of the dead shrimp inside and outside of the bag. If the package shows delivered at 10am and you email us at 7pm after they sat in a 100-degree mailbox all day, we will not refund you. We will not be responsible for USPS delays that are out of our control or if they are unable to deliver on the first delivery attempt.
