Description: 1789 Original George Washington Inauguration Clothing Button, Albert WI-20. The ornate GW monogram is hand engraved on a pewter button, but there is no sign of a shank on the back of the button. Pewter, 25 mm in diameter, and in excellent condition for it's age. There is a tiny scratch near the edge, and a slight hardly visible edge dent. Please look closely at my pictures to determine the condition.
