Description: 1797 HALF CENT. C2 *Regular Head * Plain Edge *FINE* . Obverse Struck Off-Center. FINE details, with 3 tiny partial drill marks at top of Obverse. These do not go all the way through the coin; my guess is they are from a Jewelry Mount. (i.e. "ex-jewelry). Still a very beautiful coin with a strong full date. The reverse was weakly struck, with less remaining detail than the Obverse. I am not a coin grader, so you should judge the condition yourself. Securely packaged and handled with care.
