Description: This is an original scrapbook from one of the first class passengers on the whitestar line S.S. Arabic cruise February 7th - April 18 1907 Menus, itinerary, hotel stickers, reciepts plus alot more There are so many interesting pieces of history in this scrapbook but 1 thing that I found rather neat was the Nile side trip where the cost of each ticket was $100 in 1907! 2 of these tickets are in the scrapbook swell The front cover has come apart from the rest of the album as well as 1 page inside. Very good condition given the age but please enlarge all photos before purchasing 100 pages total. Very interesting historical gem!! There are also 2 American Flags made of Crepe Tissue Paper 1 flag has slight bleeding of the red ink in one of the stripes. The other flag is pristine. Both have been mounted or glued to the page at one point each. I researched american flags and I can't seem to.find anything like it. The flags themselves may have more value than the scrapbook itself. The Back pages have some very interesting newspaper clippings or magazine clippings. One page has a clipping of Jesus Christ in color. Many skipping depicting the life and times back then.
