Given as a free promotional by the UNION PACIFIC TEA COMPANY with copyright date of 1907 on the back, it bears the sweetest snowball fight decoration around the border between Victorian children and bears - a smiling little girl in curls sporting a big hair bow is depicted in the plate center. Condition is very good with no rust, cracks, holes or major damage - there is typical crazing to the decoration from age and minor trim loss as shown - a hint of a faint dent as shown on the back - does not detract a bit. Colors are still vibrant and decoration is perfect for any holiday display - I've always used it on the mantle at Christmas with my snowman collection - fun addition to any advertising or holiday-related decoration.
