In the background is a beautiful black and white factory seen and this specific letterhead reads: Mr. James I. Hayatt, Duluth, Minn. Dear Sir:- We have no objections to your coming to Milwaukee on October 8th provided Mr. Schneider is not at Duluth at that time.
