(The H-C innovation was what really put Sinclair on the map and ahead of the crowd ... only ten years after the company's founding.) We do, for the moment, have another view of Cabin Camp available ... check it out ... it has more detail. Hard to believe the site was only two miles north of the Columbia, SC State House, Columbia being the State Capitol of South Carolina since 1786. * This postcard in unused, Mint condition ... direct from the Curt Teich Co Archives. The card has been in our possession for approximately 15+ years ... long before the Curteich digitally archived images found their permanent home with The Newberry Institute. At the time of our acquisition, the Lake County Discovery Museum in IL was the custodian of the company's records, having served in that capacity since 1982.
