Description: Vintage 1930's Scrappy quilt. It is 80 x 61 1/2", and is displayed on a full sized bed in the first picture. I'm basing the age on the colors used and the hand quilting. I am not an expert. There are some condition issues that are included in the photographs. There is what appears to be a burn hole, some light discoloration, that is more obvious on the back, in my opinion. The binding along the edges is worn. On one "blade" of one dresden plate the fabric has worn through. I have great success sewing tulle over areas like all of these, and the tulle is invisible and protects the fabric from future wear. Regardless, this quilt displays beautifully. Please feel free to ask questions. I'm hoping to get a second quilt up for sale soon. So please check that out, if you're so inclined.
