Description: 1950’s Tin Litho Advertising Sign w/Juan Manuel Fangio on F1 Alfa Romeo Race Car Description:This is a very rare and beautiful advertising sign featuring the Formula 1 World Champion racer Juan Manuel Fangio, from the "El As de las Pistas" sports magazine.It's a silhouette-type sign made of lithographed tinplate, depicting the mentioned driver riding an Alfa Romeo 159 painted with the classic colors of the F1 Argentine Racing Team. On the right side of the car, it reads "J.M. Fangio" below the Argentine flag. At the bottom of the sign, you'll find the text: "El As de las pistas // Industria Argentina // Prohibida su reproducción //."This sign was made in Argentina, circa 1950.
