Has a lengthy history of the Mansion with a list of all of the famous people who ate there and lists Otto Kerner as acting Governor, he served from 1961 to 1968, so that helps date it-The cover features an image of the building & reads: "The Mansion View" on front and has of building through the years with some history and the detailed list and pricing for meals / dishes inside.
