Description: The 1969 Topps Basketball Ruler Set is from my personal collection. It was one of my prized sets growing up and I proudly had them displayed on my bulletin board. I know now that was a mistake. I had the Jerry West and Lew Alcindor rulers signed a few years ago. The Kareem Abdul-Jabbar ruler has his full signature and inscribed with "1969 Draft #1 Pick".The complete set was recently graded by BGS and PSA. The overall average for the 23 rulers is 2.5 G-VG. Printed on paper, each ruler measure 2" by 9 7/8" and has a blank back. The rulers are numbered, but please be aware that ruler #5, which was intended to feature Bill Russell, was never issued.
