Used with signs of age and wear, various paint flaws. 1" threaded steer tube that fits a 21.1mm (0.833") diameter quill stem. No dents, bends, or cracks. 68mm bottom bracket shell, 120mm rear spacing but could relatively easily cold set a 126mm.
