Description: This is an offer of two (02) complete Base Sets of 1994 Classic 'Four-Sport' Rookies. In the early 1990s a national card-maker known as 'Classic Games' or simply 'Classic' appeared, and over five (05) years or so produced numerous popular sports card sets -- mostly featuring various athletes drafted by professional teams who had not yet played in the pros. None of the sets proved to have been terribly valuable, due to massive over-production by Classic. But, individual cards from the various sets can always 'light up' the market. And ... Classic can be credited with helping to bring about the era of the so-called 'pre-rookie' card. With so much production at the 'big-league' level, minor league baseball and other 'draft pick' cards can be considered today's 'Rookie Cards.' This set features the first-ever 'Marshall Faulk' card -- pictured in his college uniform at San Diego State. Cards will be shipped in a sturdy plastic slider from Baseball Card World (BCW).
