Limited of Sheffiel, and F. Pintado de la Roche, and office in Sagasta street in Madrid and Cortes in Barcelona. It started with a Share Capital of two million pesetas, represented by 4,000 bearer shares, divided into four series of one thousand, of 500 pesetas of those at the time. The Company was constituted on a key date, the year 1907, the year in which the first vehicle was registered in the capital, a Panhard levassor which was presented with all honors on August 19 of such an emblematic year. Seven years, in 1900 the first vehicle was registered in Spain in Palma de Mallorca; and within a few months Salamanca and Cáceres would enjoy the same privilege. In that first decade of the 20th century, only about 40 cars circulated in Madrid and 25 in Barcelona. The automobile business was beginning to make its mark. In 1908, the Catalan company JM Vallet y Cía (Arturo Elizalde, Rafael Badía and José Mª Vallet), dedicated himself to manufacturing spare parts and accessories (fuel, shock absorbers, radiators ...); and just five years later, in 1913, they presented the first Spanish car prototype, which would become the Type 11 prototype, which in 1914 would travel the streets of Barcelona to Vilassar. The adventure of the national automobile manufacturing began. Given such market expectations, it is not surprising that the Motor Cab Society, whose objective was "the exploitation of any business related to motor racing and especially the creation of public services for rental cars in Madrid and other towns", as explicitly stated in the third article of the First Title of its Statutes, saw in the car a fruitful deal.
