Comes with Instructions which are in Japanese. Both kits can be motorized and would be a beautiful addition to your collection. What you see in the photos are what you'll be getting (except for the background furniture of course Haha :) Boxes are in fair condition; Atago's lid is damaged (please see photos) Please check out my other listings.
