Unlike the factory screws these aftermarket screws use a standard Philips screwhead for ease of installation. It is a common mistake to install or remove the factory screws using a Philips screwdriver. The factory screws from Ford are Pozidrive (which aids in installation on the assembly line) but will strip out/become damaged when a typical Philips screwdriver is used.
