These are two beautifully crafted, hand-detailed, Italian Grotto wall mirrors made from Giltwood (gold-gilded wood), and made by Robert Allen Design. Applying the gold leaf to the wood is a very intricate, tedious, and painstaking process. The gold leaf won't tarnish or fade. Brown coloration can happen over time, and the outcome of the process is superb and captivating. These have been appraised and priced well below. I am willing to sell them separately. I'm more than happy to take additional photos. There is very light damage. I've actually seen the original from cr. 1800.
