Description: 2003 NWT PATRICIA BREEN NORTHWARD HO BALLOON ORNAMENT 3RD IN A SERIES #2118 This is Patricia Breen's Northward Ho Balloon ornament. This was a 2001 mold, but the ornament was not produced until 2003. It was third in a series, but I'm not sure which one. I think it was part of the citizen of the world series. It is hard to find. It is 5.75" H and #2118. It is brand new with tag attached, still in the original plastic, and has been stored in acid-free tissue in a climate-controlled, non-smoking, pet-free environment.
