2008 Beijing Olympic set of 16 medals extremely RARE outside China

Description: I cannot find ANY information at all about this set. What I know is that is was bought in China, and only when I google in Chinese, I could find a picture of this set. How many are made, I do not know, but none are for sale ANYWHERE. "The Ancient Olympic Games Torch and Stadium" in wooden box 26x33 cm What are they made off? I am not sure. Weight 18,1 gram and it states 999/1000 silver on almost all medals. Each medal is ca. 38 mm, about same size as silver dollar, see picture 6. BUT IS IT REALLY SILVER??? I lowered to price to sell as rare collector items.There is also room for a certificate, which is missing. RARE MUST-HAVE COLLECTORS ITEM!!!
