Description: It was found under a Rite Aid Shelf.Looks like the cardboard has been saturated by a liquid...maybe from when they mopped the floors?I do not believe the booster pack inside was impacted by any liquid as it looks very clean.I see no holes in the booster pack inside either.However, the cardboard is pretty beat up and dirty.There are a few points where the clear holder is separating from the cardboard, so make sure you check out the video and close up photos as i cover every area it is coming away.
