Description: This listing is for a 35 Pack of oval hull body washers used in the Sea-Doo Spark. These washers are 3D-Printed using PLA material along with a 100% infill. For those who don't know, "Infill" refers to how 'solid' an object is printed. Most 3D prints are defaulted to use only 10% infill which would easily break in this application when torqued down due to there being hollow voids inside the print. Other sellers print with 10% infill to save material on their prints, but sacrifices print strength. My washers are printed with 100% infill which makes these completely solid (No hollow gaps) so they are very strong. These washers are also "Press Fit" meaning they fit perfectly inside of the body panel gaps on the Spark and will need a slight 'press' with your thumb to set them in. This press fit makes for a stronger washer, it fits flush with the body of the ski, and makes for a clean appearance due to there being zero gaps on the outside of the washer. Other washers will fit sloppy and loose inside of the body panel gaps and snap easily when torqued down. My washers are sold from a variety of colors (Blue, Pink, Orange, Red, Yellow, Green, and Black). When you place and order, please specify which color you need in the order notes.
