Toy Cuffs, made in Japan, perfect for any collection or for resale. These are nice enough to put along with other toys to make a nice display or to complete a toy set missing this item. I don’t know who would but they are dead stock and could be opened up and played with by your child today. A nice addition with a very fair/low starting bid. These toy handcuffs are completely original in the original package in working condition as the manufacturer intended. An exact year I was unable to determine however the package says “made in Japan”. I am assuming they are from the 50’s maybe early 60’s. However I am not an expert and I feel you should use the detailed pictures to make your own determination prior to bidding. This was another one of the lots that was NOS sitting in the back of the Providence R.I. factory that closed in August 2013. The factory produced toys however the cuffs coming from Japan make me think they may be an item that was added by the factory as part of a larger toy or product they offered. Either way they look period and would be a great addition to your collection.
