Description: 1940 Chevrolet accessory spinner steering wheel. Looks to be recast. Plastic shows hairline cracks at spinner. I remember from owning others before there are ball bearings in spinner but there are none. No horn contact. Chrome is original & shows wear. Overall displays well.
