There is a 0.5-inch shaft on one end. The capacitance was measured with an Extech 380193 LCR meter. The distance between plates of opposite polarity is about 0.031 inch. The peak operating voltage (1 kV) was estimated using data from Radio Handbook, 20th Edition, William I. Orr, W6SAI, 1975, pp. 11-30. The user is encouraged to verify the peak voltage data before placing this device in service.
