Cases may be brass or nickel plated. The case has been full length sized and the neck has been reamed to allow free bullet movement when in use. Proper threads have been cut in the primer pocket to allow for use with the Hornady Lock-N-Load OAL Gauge. This is not loaded ammunition and can not be made into anything but what is intended for.
