Alejandro Sainz is a Cuban artist, painter, and printmaker who has worked for a long time at the Experimental Graphics Workshop of Cuba. He is recognized for his craftsmanship and skill in lithography and woodcut techniques. He has participated in numerous international events, including the Artists' Book for the bicentenary of Hans Christian Andersen. Printed at the Experimental Graphics Workshop in Havana, in collaboration with Summa Publishing, Spain, in 2005. His work has moved between figuration and abstraction, both in his paintings and prints. He has a mastery of color that he displays in all his pieces. Alejandro Sainz es un artista cubano, pintor y grabador, ha laborado durante mucho tiempo en el Taller Experimental de Gráfica de Cuba, se le reconoce por su oficio y habilidad en las técnicas de litografía y Xilografía. Ha participado en numerosos eventos internacionales entre los que podríamos citar; el Libro de artistas por el bicentenario de Hans Christian Andersen. Impreso en el Taller Experimental de Gráfica de la Habana en conjunto con la editorial Summa, Editorial de España, en el año 2005. Su obra se ha movido entre la figuración y la abstracción, tanto su imagen en obras pictóricas como gráficas. Tiene un dominio del color que despliega en todas sus piezas.
