Description: Alvarez Jumbo guitar in very good condition. Does have a chip or two and some buckle rash on back. Great setup, low action, no structural issues.All solid woods guitar: sitka spruce top, rosewood back and sides, maple bindings. Loud, articulate voice. The existing preamp on the side doesn't work, but it has an LR Baggs Element pickup in it. I took the Alvarez preamp out and used it as a sound port.I'm selling the guitar because it was sold to me as having a 1 3/4" nut and 1.5" string spacing. It is actually a 1 11/16" nut with 1 3/8" string spacing. Too narrow for me. It is a great strummer, ok for fingerstyle, but as I mentioned, has tight string spacing - more like a Martin.Comes with original tweed case that has one broken latch.
