Description: AMC AM Radio This is the OE AM radio for a few AMC models. It is a correct factory radio for the 1967 and 1968 Ambassador, Marlin, and Rebel. Starting in 1969, the knobs went to the top of the radio, but the size is the same and I cannot tell any other difference, as the dash bezel surround is the same after 1968. I believe the radio itself would still mount in just fine for 1969 to 1973 Ambassadors and Rebels. This came out of my super clean 1967 Marlin, all the wires are present and in great shape. It powered up fine, but the antenna on my car was broken when I bought it. So, I can't affirm whether stations come in loud and clear, but I think it will work because everything else on the car did.
