Here we have an aesthetic and colorful specimen of amethyst crystals with some small reddish colored hematite inclusions from the famous Thunder Bay area in Ontario Canada. The crystals are all well-formed and sharp and have a gemmy purple to reddish-purple (from hematite inclusions) color along with a glassy luster. The 'reddish' color component is from reddish colored hematite inclusions. Photography All of our photos are taken with a 75Watt GE True White incandescent bulb. (unless otherwise stated). Colors may vary if you look at our items in different wavelengths of light (under different bulbs).
