Produced by Colorado State University, printed in 1981 by Licht Editions Ltd Denver Colorado in an unnumbered limited edition on the occasion of the exhibition. Warhol’s portrait of Kimiko Powers, was one of the first commissions he accepted, inspiring him to create over 25 different portraits of her. Kimiko and husband John Powers sponsored an exhibition at Colorado State University, which this poster is from. This rare out of print framed pop art exhibition poster measures 26" W X 36" H X 1 7/8" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a contemporary modern matter eggshell finish museum box style black metal frame with wire on the reverse side for wall installation.
