Description: Absolutely inedible item! The clock on this antique compact is marked Weldwood. I wound it about a half turn, and hands did move, but they did not move for more than a minute or two. I am hesitant to wind it anymore than I did, so please take all of this into advisement. When wound, it did have the proper resistance. The brass compact is marked Illinois Watch Case Co, and is in excellent condition with all aspects working as intended. Has minor wear and patina, and I made no attempt to clean or polish it. The larger interior compartment has its original puffer, and the smaller of the two compartments has a good amount of the original makeup inside. The triangle mirror on lid interior is complete and very good. Original felt varying bag and box are also very good and complete. Rare item in this condition!
