Has been painted black by one of the previous owner's. Has a burner, wick adjustment knob turns and clicks. Looks to need a new wick and a flame spreader on the top of the burner, as well as no cap for the fuel tank. Sturdy and strong. Measurements are in the photos. Untested overall.
