Exterior of the book is very clean with minor rubs to the outer edges of the covers and spine. Interior of the book is overall clean with some signs of very light watermarks at the outer margins of pages, moreso towards the front of the book, but essentially throughout though not disturbing the legibility of the text or causing any print ink stainig. One page with the blue cloth tassel has a light blue stain at the inner margin from the dye of the tassel being once slightly wetted and some pages at the front and back of the book have some light red or pinkish staining at their very outer most margins from the outer fore edges being once slightly wetted, book appears to have been presumably once and long ago carried in the rain. Red coloring of the outer page fore edges has faded. Pages are still very sturdy, and as mentioned clean and legible and are also well intact with only some minor waviness. Book has no odors or mold. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book measures approximately 6 5/8 x 4 3/8 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 1 pound.
