Description: Antique CATHOLIC Viaticum Last Rites Wall Shadow Box. Chalkware statue of the Holy Family is behind glass with the inscription: The Holy Family - Jesus, Mary and Joseph Help Us. Two sacred hearts are on the bottom glass door which opens up to reveal a crucifix and two taper sized candle holders (candles are not included). The outer frame looks to be oak. Measures 22-1/2" high x 12-1/2" long x 4" wide and weighs 7 pounds 4 ounces unpackaged. The wood on the back has been cut open to tighten up the chalkware statue so it doesn't fall forward and break the glass. The back has been taped over with black tape and the paper backing is loosening and coming apart. There are no cracks or breaks in the glass. Some wear is noted as this is old but age is not known. Being sold "AS IS."
