Description: ANTIQUE Chinese Red & White Porcelain Jar Vase With Wooden Lid and Elevated Base This piece is part of my Aunt's vast and eclectic collection and Estate that I am currently liquidating. This unique red and white jar is in excellent condition and has many lovely details. Hand painted in Hong Kong while the plain base was made in Japan, has the carved to fit wooden lid and raised base. Both wooden peices were also carved, stained, and sealed in Hong Kong. This jar could hold a variety of items but is also a refreshing piece of decor sure to brighten and bring warmth to any space you place it in. It weighs only 2 pounds and 5 ounces, measuring at 11 inches in height including both base and lid, just 6 inches with the porcalain jar itself, and is 6.5 in width at it's widest point but is only 3.25 inches in diamter at it's rim.
