Last page has a pencil notation at lower margin and foxing at upper margin. Pagemarker has age and use wear. Second set of front endpapers has split to the endpaper covering the gutter at the upper third or so which causes a very small bit of loosening that is only noticeable if closely examining the book. Book's binding is intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 440 pages, measures approximately 6 3/8 x 4 1/2 x 1/2 inches and weighs about 1/2 pounds.
