Description: Features a brass handle and a blade measuring 24 inches. The bayonet is an original item and has not been modified in any way. Despite its age, this bayonet remains in good condition. The blade is unlabeled. I got this item from an estate sale of a WWI, bayonet, military, and sword collector. The blade has a tag from the estate sale, where it was written "German Imperial Fire Dept. Blade" (I scratched out the price written on bottom) - See last picture I'm not sure if the blade was tagged incorrectly, but it is very old, and blade looks like it was hand hammered.
