Antique Oyster Plate Haviland Limoges France 1880s Vintage Vtg Hand Painted

Description: This listing is for a beautiful, hand painted, antique oyster plate from Limoges France which was manufactured and designed by company Haviland. The plate features five beautiful wells and is painted with yellow flowers, green clovers, and gold accents. The width of the plate is slightly less than 8 inches. There are two stamps on the back, both from Haviland, that date the plate between 1876-1889. That makes this plate over 130 years old! The plate is in very good antique condition for its age. Some of the gold has rubbed off in a few places and there is some scuffing on the rear of the plate (visible in the photos). There is a TINY chip along the edge of the plate that is only visible from the back of the plate, and barely visible at all. The chip will not be visible when the plate is on the display. I am pointing to the chip with a pencil in photos 17, 18, and 19. Overall in amazing condition given it’s over 130 years old! Upon purchase, I will provide free USPS shipping to the inner 48 states!
