Description: This humble little Bakelite Brooch seems to be an abstract of a “bust” using black & cream Bakelite with a stainless steel stripe down the center. The ivory was probably white when new. There is no artist signature. It was found in a drawer of a teenage girl’s treasures. It was stored with her 1924 Harper Bazaar magazines, and also several of her Art Deco Christmas cards from friends. (They are also listed in the antique papers & books section.)
