When we opened the box and started on step one, we quickly realized we were in over our head and very carefully placed everything back in the box, just like it was new.The reviews on this are very favorable and people have built just beautiful dollhouses with it. It does seem like a quality kit and can see why it is so popular. Just realize it comes unassembled and unpainted. You will need to build and paint it. But the entire kit and instructions are there just as it comes from Greenleaf.. The last picture shows it in the box it shipped in. It's quite heavy, so after putting it back in the box we decided to just take a pic of what is in the box.
