Shoulders as measured from the outside shoulder seam to shoulder seam is app. 20 1/2". Sleeves measured from the outside edge of the shoulder seam to the tip of the sleeves is app. 27". Total length measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the leg is app. 64". Inseam measured from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg is app. 32 1/2" (note that with the way these will ride that will probably add 2" or so to the inseam). The waist measures app. 25" measured edge to edge across the waist with the pants lying flat.
