Description: The Bio Rad Criterion Mini Vertical Electrophoresis Cell by Bio-Rad is an electrophoresis system dedicated to running Criterion gels. While unable to fully test, it powers on with slight cosmetic blemishes from normal use. The Criterion Cell accommodates hand cast or Criterion precast gels, with a gel size of 13.3 x 8.7 cm and a thickness of 1.0 mm. It can run up to 26 samples in less than 1 hr. or accommodate 11 cm Ready Strip IPG strips for 2-D applications. Manufactured by Bio Rad, the Criterion Mini Vertical Electrophoresis Cell is recommended for use in DNA and protein electrophoresis applications.
