The Trauma Kit NOW! – MEDIUM is an emergency access Trauma Kit that can be deployed with one hand in seconds. The Trauma Kit Now! MEDIUM was originally designed to hold the contents of the Army issue IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) but can be configured to almost any emergency medical loadout, as required by the operator / user or per the operational environment. This is a medium trauma kit for those operators that need to carry specific full-size medical items or need additional room for their smaller existing kit. The TKN! - MEDIUM consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE medical pouch with Helium Whisper Attachment System (MOLLE Mount as shown in images) and a removable inner supply shingle that securely contains the medical components. The outer pouch is slightly tapered to allow for secure retention and easy removal regardless of how fully loaded the inner shingle may be. The Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap carrier can be attached to the top of this pouch for an immediate tourniquet or additional tourniquet, if required (the TQN!
