The remote control and batteries are also sealed. The mounting screws, spacers, and literature are not sealed. The box is marked in part as follows: AUDIOVOX. One of the mounting holes on the top of the unit has some scratches and bending to the edge (see picture). We tested the mounting hole using the spacers and mounting screw and it is in working order despite the flaws. The unit otherwise looks to be free of any damage or wear. The unit measures roughly 13 5/8” x 11 3/8” x 3 1/4” in its folded position at its furthest points. The box appears to have normal shelf wear (see pictures). The box measures roughly 16” x 13 7/8” x 5”. The combined weight of the items including the box is roughly 9 lbs 10 oz.
