Note the placement of the front ring: ahead of the mounting screws, which will necessitate using older period scopes with longer tubes and smaller front bells. If your action is already drilled then please check your hole spacing to make sure it matches these. (Center to center) approximately Front hole spacing is .890", rear hole to farthest front is 5.140". Buehler mounts were one of the best in their day.
