Description: Presented is a great white porcelain 6 piece set of coffee canns or cups and saucers. This set was made in the 1790s-1810s. This set is in perfect form for the time period, and shows subtle scrolls and foliate details in the porcelain. Each piece displays various detailed scenes of English countryside. All the gilded decorations and the countryside scenes have been hand-painted. Let the photos be your guide to explore all the lovely painted details. These pieces are not marked but we believe the set was probably made by Spode in the late 1700s- early 1800s. This set is in excellent overall condition, especially considering the age. There are also a few places throughout the set with minor losses to the painted elements. These being the only notes on condition for a set of this age is quite impressive.
