Central operated a fleet of CV 600 and Douglas DC-3 aircraft and by 1966 it was at its peak serving around 50 US destinations in the middle of the country. Central was acquired by Frontier in 1967 and passed into US aviation history.****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans.
