Description: Chapin-Stephens No 68 2 Ft Folding Rule. This weighs 1 1/2 oz unboxed. This is in reasonably good condition and was not cleaned. The finish on the outside is original, There is a little wear, but most of it is present. The same goes for the inside. All the rulings are readable. The brass has some staining. The inside pins are present, but the side pin is missing. The one outer leg is slightly warped. The joints are good. This ain't 100% minty, but it sure is in better condition than most of these guys that I see. A collectible old CS rule for sure! All items for sale unless otherwise noted are purchased and in most cases professionally restored by me. I take pride in offering quality items. Not everything is perfect, but it is as I say it is. Also, I smoke a pipe, drink whiskey, both cheap and good, and cuss more in a hour than most folks do in a month.
