Description: DESCRIPTION: Offered here for your consideration is a circa 1940s turquoise and sterling silver concho belt. This link belt has seven oval conchos and a rectangular buckle. The conchos each feature one small turquoise oval cabochon resting in a smooth silver bezel surrounded by a repousse center flower accented with hand stamped designs and scalloped edges. The buckle features six turquoise oval cabochons resting in smooth silver bezels accented with hand stamped designs and repousse detail. MAKER: Likely Navajo based on style and design, however this item is unmarked (as was common of Native jewelry from this era). APPROX AGE: Circa 1940s.
