Description: Coherent Genesis Taipan Laser Safety Shutter Assembly w/ Ledex Rotary Solenoid This assembly mounts to the output end of a Coherent Genesis Taipan laser head and houses a solenoid actuated safety shutter. The shutter is controlled by a Ledex H-2744-032 rotary solenoid that can be actuated with 12-24V DC. These units have an adjustable mounting plate for a FiberPort fiber coupler. We have some of those as well as this assembly including an SMA FIberPort in our store. One of the pictures shows this assembly as it would appear mounted to a Taipan head. The laser head is shown for demonstration only and is not included.
